Khizra Artstyle ("we", "us", "our") sells stitched women's suits through this website (khizra.art) and over WhatsApp. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to it.

Information we collect

• Order details you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and the items, sizes and quantities you order. We ask only for what we need to process and deliver your order.
• Account and email details: if you create an account or join our email list, your name and email address.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or email, for example questions about an order or an exchange request.
• Reviews: if you leave a product review, the review text, your name and any photos you add.
• Device and usage information: your browser, device type, IP address, the pages you view and how you move around the site. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect or store card or bank details. Every order is Cash on Delivery, so nothing is paid on the website.

How we use your information

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to handle exchanges
• To contact you about your order, including confirmations and delivery updates over WhatsApp, phone or email
• To invite you to review your purchase after it arrives
• To answer your questions and give you support
• To send you news about new drops, restocks and sales, only if you joined our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
• To keep the website secure, prevent fake or fraudulent orders, and fix problems

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store:

• Our courier, PostEx: your name, phone number and delivery address, so they can deliver your order and generate your tracking number.
• Shopify: our website and order system is hosted by Shopify, which processes the information you submit on the site.
• Our WhatsApp business messaging service: your name, phone number and order details, so we can send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Judge.me: your name and email address, if you are invited to leave a review.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok: when we run ads, these platforms may place pixels and cookies on our site to measure ad performance and show relevant ads, and may collect information such as the pages you visit, under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your order details directly.
• Authorities: if required by law or to protect our rights.

These services handle your information under their own privacy policies, and some may process it outside Pakistan.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functions (such as remembering your cart), to understand how the site is used, and, when we run ads, for the advertising pixels described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and contact information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle exchanges, keep business and legal records, and answer questions. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using Shopify's secure systems and limiting who can see order details. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
