Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan only. Every order is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the rider when your parcel arrives, not online at checkout.

Delivery charge

Shipping is a flat Rs. 200 on every order, regardless of order size or your city.

How long it takes

• Confirmation: after you place an order, we confirm it with you over WhatsApp or a phone call — we don't ship anything until this step is done.
• Dispatch: once confirmed, we hand your order to our courier, PostEX, within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: from there, delivery takes a further 3–5 business days, depending on your city.
• Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

If you're not available for delivery

PostEX will attempt delivery and automatically retry if you're not reachable the first time. If the parcel still can't be delivered after a few attempts, it's returned to us — message us on WhatsApp and we'll happily arrange to resend it.

Order tracking

We ship every order through PostEX. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we'll send you your PostEX tracking number over WhatsApp so you can follow it right up to delivery.
